General Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Team Lead with 3-5 years of gutter installation experience. This Lead will be responsible for 1 or more other teams/ crews including their own. The Team Lead will directly report to the Owners. This person will lead by example in every way and help our team to be the best in the business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage a team of 2-6 Employees: timeliness, work ethic, training
Manage revenue & Revenue Per Hour (RPH) for their entire team
Successfully run their own crew/truck.
Manage teams truck cleanliness and maintenance
Manage teams daily schedules
Provide training for all team members
Manage teams personal appearance
Uphold safety culture for the team
Manage teams review tracker

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 year of gutter installation experience: K-style, half-round and copper
Experience leading a team
Outstanding communication skills
Must maintain an excellent attendance record
Valid Drivers License
Have a positive attitude

Compensation:

• Hourly Position $25-27/hour based on experience

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

We repair, install, and maintain Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters and many other services. The Brothers currently have other franchise locations in NJ, VA, PA, WA, and FL.
